How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, delivery for large furniture items typically takes 1 to 3 weeks via our specialized freight carriers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States. For shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply to large furniture returns.
Does the furniture come pre-assembled?
Most of our rustic furniture pieces arrive fully assembled. However, some larger items like beds or dining tables may require minor assembly. Instructions and hardware are included in every shipment.
